My friend in misery

Jimmy wanted to watch Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets tonight. Besides the fact that I'm in too pissy a mood to deal with Dobby, who I would love to drop-kick into the next millenium, I'm just plain Harry Pottered out.

I think it's because I surfed thru a few Harry Potter forums last night. Here's what I learned:

1) Daniel Radcliffe is a hottie.
2) Tom Felton is a hottie.
3) Emma Watson is way up her own ass and needs to be taken down a few pegs.
4) The actress who's going to play Cho Chang in the new movie needs to be shot on sight because she's going to play Cho Chang.

Also, I haven't seen this much teenie fawning over a book since Anne Rice. At least J.K. Rowling appreciates fanfiction.

I don't know whether I have a black cloud hanging over my head or just have negative energy due to stress, but I've been told tonight that Stephanie might have an exhaust leak. Christ on a stick, I've only had her since July 2004. Of course, I can't make an appointment for her until at least Tuesday, and can't bring her in until I'm cleared to drive.

One day and counting. Make that 28 hours. I hope the cloud lifts soon.
